No AC

The AC has gone down 4 times (maybe more? I lost count)in the last year. Each time, it takes several weeks/months to resolve and the temperature in the apartments rises to insufferable levels. Most recently, it was 86 degrees in my apartment for about three weeks.

The WORST

The building (Indigo) has been without air conditioning for 3 days now with no end in sight. This is the second time in less than a year that residents had no A/C yet are expected to pay full rent and utilities. The last time this happened there was no A/C for 2 months.
It is a shame that ZRS Management is using the fact that there is no Florida legislation around landlords providing A/C to take advantage of its tenants. I am disgusted for everyone who lives here, including my family, who I am... trying to relocate ASAP.

It is worth noting ZRS Management is a national company with properties across the U.S. bringing in an estimated $184 million revenue annually.
