The maintenance staff here are phenomenal. Whenever we put in a ticket it is handled right away and in a professional manner. My dog loves all of them. We have lived here for almost 5 years now and have enjoyed living here. There have been some ups and downs with the office staff but currently they are staffed with a helpful and courteous bunch. Only complaint is not all the buildings have awnings on the balconies but it looks like they all use to have them. I wish they would add them back to... the ones missing them like our unit.

I like living here, but i reallly wish that they would invest in canopy's for the 3rd floor apartments so that you could actually sit out there and enjoy your balcony, otherwise it's impossible as it's too hot and your fully exposed.

This is a nice place to be! Pools, parks, beach, gym, shopping centers, grocery stores, accessible to the highways and you name it. There are nice views in the neighborhood. Nice landscaping and pretty Mediterranean style buildings
