love living here. everything in the complex is great. gym is completely renovated. 3 pools around the complex close to each building. i do wish the gym had cable machines though.

My experience has been great thus far! I moved in a little over a month ago. However, I do not like how yellow the water gets her…filters are needed.

I’d definitely recommend Palm Trace Landjngs to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to live. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport. Very convenient!

I’ve been a resident at Palm Trace and overall it’s been a comfortable experience. The community is pretty quiet, the grounds are kept up nicely, and the location is convenient. Like anywhere, there are a few areas that could improve, but it’s been a good place to call home.
