The property is simply not being managed properly. The Elevators have not been functioning properly for over a year. The pool has been out of service for over 3 years. The garage lighting is very poor and it hasn’t been cleaned for several years. The sidewalk and flower beds in the North side of the building are not being maintained. There is no location provided for large packages and lack of significant signage and emails notifications directing delivery companies. The lack of a secure locker... area has caused many ongoing thefts. Common are HVAC units are not working in several locations. The building has several code violations. The Apartment lighting is very poor and inadequate.

They have been making progress with the pool which was my main concern. Otherwise the leasing office is fantastic and the building is great.

So far so good just moved in. Everyone I have met has been very nice. Management has been reactive and cooperative. But since we have only been here a few days, it’s hard to come up with very much more to say.
