The apartment itself is stunning, and the amenities are great especially the food trucks and shared spaces. But for the amount we pay, the management and safety issues are disappointing.The “concierge” service is not reliable. One staff member in particular often sends delivery drivers up without notifying residents and is frequently seen chatting instead of assisting.The garage is a serious safety concern. I’ve nearly been hit twice, once while driving and once walking due to people speeding or... entering/exiting the wrong way. There’s no visible enforcement, and it feels chaotic and unsafe. Dog owners regularly let their pets off leash, including one resident with three French bulldogs that run into the street toward the dog park. Others follow suit, and the leasing office doesn’t take action when it’s reported. There’s so much potential here beautiful units and enjoyable perks but until management takes resident concerns seriously, it’s hard to fully recommend this place.
