Great! Some staff members didn't really have a straight answer to my questions, but they were able to defer to someone who did. Everyone was really friendly though. And huge shoutout to Natalia for being so helpful and responsive to questions!

This has been, by far, one of the biggest wastes of time we’ve ever experienced. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I couldn’t let this one go.
Our experience was handled by Natalia, who provided us with the worst service imaginable. After calling for four days straight with no answer, we finally had to go in person. That same day, we paid the application fee and were told we’d get a response within 48 hours. Instead, we waited two full weeks, calling every single day—and no one ever picked up the... phone. My boyfriend had to go there in person about 5 times just to get any information.
In the end, we found out that Natalia was on vacation -which is fine—but not once did anyone bother to inform us or even extend the courtesy of letting us know our application would be on hold. We even emailed Jason, the property manager, to explain that we no longer wished to deal with Natalia because of her poor service—and he never replied. So, Natalia continued handling our case anyway.
From the start, we asked exactly what income documents they required, followed their instructions to the letter, and submitted everything they asked for—four times, yes 4 times!!!. Two weeks later, they suddenly said it wasn’t acceptable. We filled out endless forms, provided everything they requested, and received nothing but delays and excuses.
Nearly three weeks later, the Community Director finally called, asking if there was anything he could do—by then, it was far too late to fix what had already been a disastrous experience.
To sum it up: the service here is absolutely TERRIBLE. If you plan to apply here, be prepared for endless frustration, zero communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Read More

Love the vibe and people in the building are very friendly. Would love it if the coffee machine started earlier than 7am for those of us working very early shifts.

Es un lugar muy lindo y cómodo. Con muchas cosas cerca para hacer , la piscina es linda y su área de gym y playroom . Muchas familias viven aquí.
