The guest will pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee, charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card to show at the front gate of the pool at each entry and a 4-digit code for the month for gym access. Fees are $35 for 1 to 12 guests and $45 for 13 or more guests. Resort amenities include an Amenity Center and Pools, The Lazy River, Fitness Center, Tennis courts, and Café Sol.
