It's generally fine. It has gotten better since I first moved in. There are some silverfish, but not a crazy amount and at least it's not ants or roaches. I still dont like that I have to pay for trash valet and trash and pickup isn't every day so I still have to take my own trash half the week. It's gotten better with missed pickups too. They missed our trash like twice a month before and now it's more like once a month. If they give a good renewal deal and dont raise the rent much we'll… probably renew at the end of our lease.

I really love my apartments view, the peaceful area and all the facilities. The special offers for renewal and they celebrate every special occasion with some edibles at the lobby. I only wish the change the times so I can enjoy it. ??
