The facilities are quite good. To community is quiet, clean, and well managed. But the floor is quite thin, and you can hear steps clearly from the upper level.

Overall it has been good, Maintenance responds in a timely manner and the office is some what helpful, the only thing they did. It help with was we had an issue with the package boxes at the mail and they did not know how to open it

Nice apartments, but pool being down into almost July in Florida during heat advisory feels criminal. Especially when it was announced as almost complete and still not opened. One of the main Amenities not being available is certainly disappointing.
