The clubhouse is great, but it only operates during business hours, so I can never use it because of my work schedule. There's no security or monitoring, which has allowed strangers to use the amenities, and some residents have been damaging the common areas without anyone reporting or addressing the issue.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

the most terrible community. there are “security gates” well I’ll tell you now they don’t work and will never properly work while you stay here. Our car was broken into and had all the tires stolen. The management has yet to respond to ANY of my emails, is very unhelpful, and the amenities are never working or are closed. DO NOT LIVE HERE, take your money somewhere else, TRUST ME

Everything has been very good, sometimes he has not liked that they close the amenities a lot, the lobby toilet I don't know how often they do it however I liked the set and I love my apartment

Excelente condomínio para se viver em Kissimmee, com ótimas instalações e infraestrutura completa.
Condomínio oferece piscina, academia, área de churrasco, área de lazer e variados tipos de unidades de apartamentos, contando com uma administradora com excelente atendimento principalmente pela Sr Vincent.
Recomendo morar aqui!
