Upon walking out of a movie, I was made aware via email my current lease deemed as denied because they increased the liability insurance needed, without any communication. Due to them getting new management seems they were getting their feet wet & a lot of communication fell through the cracks. Once I called there was a bit of a hiccup thinking it was in regard to a lease renewal but once it was sorted it was fine. Lease was renewed and signed at the same liability insurance required …. big... scare for no reason.
