This complex has unfortunately gone way downhill since I originally moved in. The residents are rude, selfish, and all around uncaring about keeping the shared spaces clean and functional. Parents don’t watch their kids, who often end up playing in the gym - treating it like a jungle gym and being loud. Kids run up and down hallways, bang on doors, and just generally are a nuisance to deal with. If it’s not kids causing issues, it’s families who consistently hog the pool/grill area throwing… parties that sometimes last until ten or later at night. While emails are consistently sent about poor behavior from the leasing office, little is ever done to actually handle those who are causing issues.

Maintenance thankfully is still the one good thing about this complex. The maintenance team is consistently quick to respond and kind. They truly are the best part about living here.

I have been having a great stay the month I have been here I would like to mention the stairwells need cleaned because of bugs. The bugs do end up in your room sometimes if your by the stairwell. But other than the cleaning and spraying for bugs it’s very nice and has everything you would need.

My wife and I love having moved here to Muse. It is a full-service residential complex that meets all our needs. The only point I’d like to share is that the gym should be open 24 hours a day, just like in most other residential complexes. That would really help ensure we are completely satisfied.
