Nice apartments, but pool being down into almost July in Florida during heat advisory feels criminal. Especially when it was announced as almost complete and still not opened. One of the main Amenities not being available is certainly disappointing.

The apartment is beautiful and modern. You can tell that they upkeep everything very well. And the office staff is welcoming and very, very nice.

Beautiful, Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great management. Apartments are nice spacious tubs, great appliances. Although if you have someone living above you can hear them walking back and forth.

Upon walking out of a movie, I was made aware via email my current lease deemed as denied because they increased the liability insurance needed, without any communication. Due to them getting new management seems they were getting their feet wet & a lot of communication fell through the cracks. Once I called there was a bit of a hiccup thinking it was in regard to a lease renewal but once it was sorted it was fine. Lease was renewed and signed at the same liability insurance required …. big... scare for no reason.

It’s been great. I’ve really enjoyed living here and the community is very clean and enjoyable. I really enjoy taking my dog to the dog park.
