I like leaving here, it’s quiet, staff is friendly and fast to respond especially Evelin kudos to her.
My only complaint was the parking situation but it seems getting better

Everyone in the office is friendly. the most i like is that when i submit a maintenance request or i have an issue, it gets resolved quickly

Good place with decent amenities and neighbors. The paid parking could be cheaper for what it is especially since there are so many open spots that no one parks in leaving no room for other residents
