Maintenance could improve. Enforce speed limits on the street, its getting dangerous. Besides that i believe it is a very nice place to live

I have been living for 1 month with my wife and two sons. Everyone working here have been very friendly, helpful and respectful with every support or maintenance request we have done. The place is really peaceful. Even though, we haven't had the time to enjoy the community amenities or make new friends yet, we are really happy living here so far.

Just moved in but great experience so far! Love the amenities and pool. Also have a unit next to the lake, and I love taking my dog on walks by the lake.

My experience at Davie Centro has been a mixed bag.
Many of the buildings and sidewalks are visibly dirty and in dire need of pressure washing. This detracts significantly from the aesthetic appeal and creates a sense of neglect. Furthermore, there are several already dead trees scattered throughout the property that have yet to be cut down, adding to the unkempt look.
Fallen leaves, branches, and other debris are often left lingering for extended periods, making the common areas feel messy... and uncared for. A more frequent and thorough presence from the groundskeeper is essential.
The walking trail around the two lakes, which should be a pleasant amenity, is frequently marred by dog poop. This is not only unsightly and unsanitary but also discourteous to other residents who wish to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Management needs to take a more proactive approach to ensure residents adhere to pet waste policies. Why are there not more benches surrounding the lakes??

Been here 3 years because it is quiet, safe, maintenance comes pretty quickly when we call, and it’s in a great location in front of NSU and a lot of food/shop options around!
