Location is excellent only drawback is the traffic which can't be controlled. I wish they could address the parking issue in our complex. When we had parking permits, it seemed to work better to catch the people who were parking illegally. The staff is excellent and the maintenance guys do a great job

Entrance gates oftenly broken, poor security, no cameras, no security guards on the community at night. Only a few staff working on the community during the day . The rest is good and quiet to live.

We are very happy living here a Promenade. Our apartment is great, and we are futunate enough to have some really good neighbors. As good as everything is, it is also the staff in the office and maintenance team that take it a level above and they are the best of the best.
