Love living at Cortland Delray Station! The amenities are top-notch, from the lobby, gym, pool area, business center. The location is perfect for beach and downtown access, staff friendly and helpful. Jose from maintenance is a rockstar in expedient satisfactory attention to tenants needs.
The community is well-maintained, with beautiful large outdoor green spaces perfect for walking and relaxing.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable with open and practical architectural concepts....
Coming home is an everyday treat!
Highly recommend!

Cortland Delray Station is in the perfect location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The apartments are spacious and really laid out nice. We have been really happy living here for the past 5 years.
