Everyone is very friendly! I go to workout at the gym in the leasing office almost everyday and all the staff is very nice!

They always have events going on within the community like food truck Thursdays. Everyone is super friendly! I also love the pool and the gym there I go almost everyday!!

I just recently moved into Cortland Delray station and I absolutely love it! I toured with Alycia and she was amazing I can’t thank her enough. She truly made the touring to move-in experience amazing. The front office staff is truly incredible as well so happy I moved in here!

The cutest property with a great community feel! Maintenance is very attentive and always comes quick! The leasing office is super helpful and all of the amenities are modern and very nice!
