I have had an excellent experience living at Cortland Deerfield Station. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and filled with friendly residents who genuinely care about where they live.

The staff is exceptional. Denise and Selena went above... and beyond during my move-in and have always been kind, professional, and helpful. The maintenance team is equally outstanding—responsive, thorough, and always friendly. On the very rare occasion that I have needed maintenance assistance, issues have been resolved promptly and communication has been excellent.

One of the things I appreciate most about living here is how kind everyone is. From the office staff to the maintenance team to my fellow residents, people genuinely make this feel like a community rather than just an apartment complex.

Thank you to the entire Cortland Deerfield Station team for creating such a welcoming, beautiful, and positive place to call home. I am incredibly grateful to live here!

We have watched this community being built and we moved in and we love it. We have no complaints, the fact we are in the middle of everything (highways, grocery stores, restaurants and much more) we could not have asked for a better place to live where we can sleep in peace.
