I moved into my apartment 2 weeks ago. Everything from start to finish was a great experience. The owner, office staff as well as the maintenance team have been such a great help and they always have a smile on their face. I’m so glad I made this move.. I love my apartment, community, staff and all the beautiful amenities!!

Aubrey was guiding my tour of the property. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. I wanted to tour a 3-Bedroom. And then came a rainstorm!!! She had umbrellas to accommodate the weather. It was an experience, having fun and touring the beautiful property and the amenities. The apartment is a perfect fit for my daughter and her friends. Audrey was outstanding.

All I can say is, “Wow!” From the moment you step foot on the property, be prepared to be amazed! This place is a hidden gem in the Royal Palm Beach area. The community is gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The pool is breathtakingly beautiful. It is giving resort vibes! Oh, and the sauna, mmmmuah! Love it! Not to mention the apartment is full of light, open, and warm. I just love my new apartment!! If you’re wanting a feeling of vacation... at home, you have found your new place of residence!

I moved in back in August and absolutely love this community! It doesn’t matter who helps you (Jackson, Karen, or Aubrey) they are all so nice and easy to work with. From the moment I took a tour I was sold. This place has a great community going and I would say is on the more active side. People are always playing pickleball or out walking their dog. If you have a dog this place will definitely make him/her happy! The amenities are top notch and if you have feedback this place will address... it! You should definitely schedule a tour and come see for yourself!

After spending two weeks touring various options, we discovered The Villas at Tuttle Royale. Despite being slightly further from where we initially wanted to live, we decided to schedule a tour.
From our very first interaction, Jackson, Karen, and Aubrey from the leasing team were incredible to work with as we searched for our next home.
Jackson was especially accommodating, allowing us to return multiple times to compare units without ever making us feel rushed or like we were a bother. The... entire team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect floor plan, making the process as seamless as could be.
