The leasing team was fantastic, they helped work around the scheduling constraints that came with my new job and made the move-in a smooth and easy process. The apartment is very spacious and in a great location in regards to shopping and the beach, I look forward to the rest of my time here.

Legacy On The Bay is a wonderful place to call home! From the units, to the staff, to the amenities, everything is great. Spacious and updated units, beautiful property, and plenty of amenities for animal lovers and families. Would 10/10 reccomend calling Legacy your next home!

More then likely I will not renew my lease just due to the parking. I really enjoy living here but when you come home late at night and can not find a place to park it's very frustrating

I have lived in my apartment here for about four and a half years. Maintenance has always been prompt, professional and pleasant. Louis has the best energy and attitude and is so upbeat!

I feel safe here. And I love the space I have in my one bedroom and the lofty ceiling with all the windows on the third floor is one of my favorite things. So much light! Parking is always available and the buildings are not on top of each other. Clarissa and Greg in the office are also awesome. Highly... recommend.
