My stay at the Charles has been great! Beautiful apartment, I surprisingly have barely if ever heard my neighbors which I LOVE, silence and peace is nice. I love the smart system where you can switch the temp on and off and lock the door all from your phone, I’ve never even knew that was a thing until here. The trash service is soooo amazing I am so grateful for it honestly. Maintenance always responds so fast to any service requests I put in which is awesome. Miss Elizabeth is so sweet and... always in a good mood and makes us feel welcome everytime I see her! This is my first time in Florida ever and it’s definitely leaving a good impression. This place is literally right in the middle of anything you would need/want to get to. So convenient. My balcony also has a view of the fireworks that go off which is SO nice ?! Didn’t expect it and it’s great here overall love it, they do so much for you.

I would highly recommend The Charles. My apartment is beautiful and if I have any problems, maintenance is there to fix it immediately. I am a single woman and I feel very safe here. They are pet friendly. My dog loves walking around the area and seeing all the other dogs. The pool and exercise room are always clean and taken care of. The location couldn't be better. I can walk to almost anywhere I want to go. It is on a dead end street, so not alot is noisy traffic either.

I’ve lived at The Charles Apartments for four years now, and it’s truly been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any requests or questions. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything I need day-to-day.

What I appreciate most is the consistency — after four years, the quality of service and care hasn’t changed. It really feels like home, and I couldn’t be... happier with my choice to live here.

I enjoyed staying at The Charles for a year. I was there for work and was able to get the full experience of Destin while there. It is in the heart of everything and easy to get to all the things you want to do in the area. The management team is attentive and are quick to resolve issues.
