Been living here for about two years, and I love it. The unit is fresh, modern and a great layout. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Amenities are fantastic. pool, grill area and gym are great. Put that punching bag back up though. Location is perfect, I could walk to everything I need if I had to. Only complaint would be to open the club house on the weekends and clean the hallways and stairs.

Sea Glass is an amazing community. The grounds are clean, the amenities are well maintained, and if something is wrong it's addressed quickly. The leasing staff greeted me with a smile and was even excited to meet my dog. I love it here.

I lived here 5 years and have been very satisfied but sometimes it takes a long time to get things done present maintenance people seem to be worked to death
