HORRIBLE...RUN!
Living at Amli 8800 was an absolute nightmare. I can't stress enough how terrible this place is. Looks great in the pictures...but from the moment I moved in, it was one problem after another.
First off, the doors and parking barriers in the community are constantly broken. It's like they've given up on maintaining any sense of security or functionality.
Trash piles up outside the property and outside the units. It's disgusting and attracts all sorts of pests. I even found one mouse in my... kitchen, and that was more than enough! And don't get me started on the roaches--they're everywhere! It's like they're permanent residents.
The worst part was the mold. It was everywhere and gave me asthma and other medical problems.
Living here has been a series of bad experiences, and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. If you value your health and sanity, do yourself a favor and run away from Amli 8800. You deserve better. Management does not care.
