Collections for admin fees?

Midtown 29 sent me to collections for $675 after I proved that $300 from the applications and admin fees they presented to me and my partner. We didn’t even know there was a charge for $675?! After asking why were sent after we had paid the amount presented, they just said sorry it’s out of our hands you will have to contact collections. The WORST most unprofessional experience!

Highly recommended!

The customer service at Midtown 29 is of excellence. Carolina has helped me through the entire process, from the "tour" to the move. The whole process has been extremely easy and we have had excellent communication. I have not moved yet, but the attention I have received so far and what I have seen from the property has been phenomenal. The apartments look like new and the amenities seem like a hotel. The location is perfect, very safe and close to restaurants, Wynwood and supermarkets. The... price is reasonable for the quality of the property and its location. I am so excited to be a Midtown 29 resident very soon!

Great property and management

Melissa and the rest of the ladies in the office were so helpful in everyway. (Thank you!) The gym is amazing and the pool is awesome. Very happy with my apartment and the building in general. Move here now :)

Amazing amenities and location is perfect!

Very excited about moving in to Midtown 29! Brand new building, great location, amazing pool area and the gym has all the equipment I was looking for! great deal for a studio apartment! Sandra was a great help and very kind all the time!!
