I lived there for over 2 years and rent was raised twice. They also keep the security deposits on ever tennant and dont give back last months deposit. I cleaned my apartment up nicely and wasnt good enough due to lease stating it needs to be "professionally cleaned".Numerous complaints on neighbors being up all night keeping me awake while I was trying to work the next day.
