... All within a block or two. It's a cool neighborhood.

I lived there for over 2 years and rent was raised twice. They also keep the security deposits on ever tennant and dont give back last months deposit. I cleaned my apartment up nicely and wasnt good enough due to lease stating it needs to be "professionally cleaned".Numerous complaints on neighbors being up all night keeping me awake while I was trying to work the next day. Everyone smokes weed and all the vents are combined meaning you have to smell weed smoke constantly. Property managers... won't evict bad tennants. Lee mas
