They don't care about you or your family.
After living here for 11 years, we were served an eviction notice. NOT because we missed our payments, but because they just want new tenants (ie. more money.) The pool has been closed for over 3 years and the fitness gym has one machine that works. The people they are bringing in as new tenants, many are out front and back smoking pot and blaring their music. Don't let fresh grass and crappy paint job fool you. Stay away.
