Has been awesome thus far

The staff are super friendly, and the maintenance team is always quick to fix anything. The whole place feels really well kept, and the amenities make it feel more like a resort than an apartment. Definitely feels like luxury living, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Gainesville.
