Originally from Westchester County in New York, Paula and her husband, Richard, moved here 21 years ago and never looked back; they love the rolling hills and friendly people in Citrus County and their Citrus Hills community. Paula and her husband have built two homes in Terra Vista. Paula’s first home was one of the original models 21 years ago that was spacious and beautiful. When Sam Tamposi’s lake was created off the 11th hole of Skyview Golf Course, they decided they had to have their next home right on it. They built a larger home with beautiful customized features that they still love today. These experiences have given Paula a unique ability to understand the most discerning buyers that demand something special and theirs alone in our beautiful Terra Vista community.
