Beachfront dining and cafes are within walking distance or a short drive, and broader restaurant options are available in Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater, approximately a 10–15 minute drive away. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is about a 30–35 minute drive, and Tampa International Airport is about a 40–45 minute drive.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged.
