Getting around Indian Shores is simple. Beach access is only steps away from the condo. A car is recommended for visiting nearby beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Bike rentals are available, and cruising along scenic Gulf Boulevard is an easy and enjoyable way to explore the area.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
