The floors of the unit are scuffed in places and the bathroom (see pictures) is a bit dated. The space within the room is a bit small and may not be right for most pets. The space has central air that cannot be controlled by the renter. however the vent can be closed and the unit comes with a space heater and window AC to adjust the temperature to your comfort. The backyard is not accessible from the unit and access does not come with renting.
