The latest reviews have zero credibility, since they are friends of the technician Yasiel.
I came to this complex because of the good reviews, but after living here for a few months, I have to say that the worst part is the absolute nonexistence of the management office. Whenever there’s a problem, you call and they NEVER answer… And when they finally bother to, you have to call them several more times afterward just to remind them.
If you want sleepless nights, constant worry, and no peace, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it.
The new manager is rude and... doesn't repair anything. I would not recommend moving to the complex now. Under extremely poor new management. Don't move here. Please be advised to consider somewhere else. There are thieves in the complex and garage pickup is horrendous.
