They very bad they don't even answer the phone when you need repair no heat or air

Fist off don't move here until you are absolutely sure that your Renter's Insurence covers hotel stays, will replace your things, and covers flooding! The photos shown are only of the front building, the pool, and the laundry facility, however the section that you will reside in looks nothing like the pictures. The residents' number one complaint is about fixes that have gone ignored for extended periods of time including roof leaks (minor and major) that destroys their belongings, ceiling leaks... from the second floor of the apartment, cracks and gaps in the windows and doors, leaky bathroom and kitchen fixtures, and just overall negligent maintenance practices. Number two is the cleanliness of the property, the last time I checked there was still debris from Hurricane Irma stockpiled in different parts on the property. Eventually if ever when the discrepancies are "fixed" the problem still persist as if no one had even attempted to do their job. (If you don't have fleas you have ants and if you don't have ants or fleas you have roaches and if you don't have any you have friend who has told you about home defense)The upside to this place is that the rent is extremely reasonable. The layout is great and you're close to everything. If you're moving here temporarily until you get on your feet then it doesn't get any better in terms of cost BUT... if you are thinking long term (if you could afford it) I would recommend to go some place else. So long story short if you don't want to come out of pocket to ensure the fixes are done right, plan on staying a while, are afraid of bugs, and don't enjoy finding out if your roof leaks the hard way don't do it. Stay Away don't move you or your family move into these terrible apartments. I've been here for less than a month and my apartment is falling apart. Everytime it rain my apartment floods. Please stay away you will Regret it.

Based on previous reviews, was kind of unsold. Townhouses are spacious! Mold? When I moved in there was mold around windows...cleaned it up really well and it hasn't returned. They are responses to all maintenance needs (both times I've needed them they've been here within 2 hours)

This place is a haven for crime. You do not ever want to live here. I do understand some people being in a predicament and I was there too. This was a last resort and should forever remain a last resort! STAY AWAY FROM JUSTINA RD!!
