Lease Terms

Minimum rental term is 3 months per the Condo Association agreement. Rental applications must be approved by COA prior to acceptance of the lease arrangement. One service pet allowed, under 20 pounds, with proper documentation and approval by the COA. Pet application is required. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT! Rent is $3,500 per month from January thru April (Seasonal Rate) and $2,700 per month from May thru December (Non-Seasonal Rate). Utilities are included at a rate of $150 per month.
