This villa is equipped with SMART TVs in all bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features office space for those who need to work from home and high-speed internet is available. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, although washcloths are considered personal items and are not provided.
Pool heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests will have access to the entire house, with a driveway accommodating up to 3 cars and overflow parking about 250 feet down the street. Street parking is available in many areas. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested before arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. If you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. Pets are welcome with a fee of 150 dollars per pet, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
