It is a 55 plus active adult community. 95 percent of the activities are for retirees. All activities are being conducted during working hours, nothing for residents that are 55 plus and working to enjoy, paying $45 a month for nothing,

This complex is full of very helpful and accommodating people. It has changed from a negative experience to a very positive one due to manager and the act that she listens to the residents. She adds joy to each day.

Since the new Manager took over, it has been a pleasure to live here. Additionally, the Maintenance staff is top notch. I would recommend Mariblu to live.
