nobody works in the lease office. I called so much times and wrote emails , but the manager never did nothing.

New Management HORRIBLE
I could write an extremely long review about how bad this community is now that they have been taken over by the new management, but there are clearly plenty of other reviews that explain it. They barely deserve a 1 star. If you notice, the only good reviews are from 2 years or more ago when the neighborhood was being taken care of properly. Please save yourself from misery now and look for a better and more affordable apartment complex.

Management isn't great
Please do not move here! The maintenance here is terrible, whenever you have a plumbing or pest issue they take weeks to even get back to you, then when they do the job it isn't done well, breaks again after 2 days! We got served a notice to pay $500 more for our rent. I have been living here for over 2 years and it just has gotten worse with management.

DO NOT MOVE INTO CHELSEA COMMONS!
INHUMANE, RUDE, AND MORALLY BANKRUPT!
My family and I have been loyal tenants here at Chelsea Commons for over 10 years. A few days after Christmas we were told that our rent was being raised by over $400!!! This completely blindsided us as we are not prepared for such a dramatic increase in rent. I tried to speak to the property managers about it but all they can say is the new rental rates were made by the new property owners, Cambridge Management.
The management has increased everyone's... rent by a few hundred dollars in what I feel is an inhumane way to force out all of the loyal tenants who have been living here at Chelsea Commons the longest. Even a tenant who has been living at Chelsea Commons for over 20 YEARS has had his rent increase by hundreds of dollars! People are moving out left and right. Everyday I see a new uHual truck!
This new management has also made a huge clerical error in the utility bills that has caused every tenant to pay HUNDREDS of dollars extra each month on their utility bill and the problem is still not fixed! I called the utility service provider and they said it's a numerical error that the Chelsea’s management needs to fix, yet the Chelsea management said its a problem that United Utilities Service needs to fix.
I recently went to the management office to speak the property managers about the possibility of my family staying in our apartment a few days after our lease is up at a prorated rent. The condo we plan on moving into will not allow us to move in on the 1st due to a required screening interview which is scheduled after the 1st. The property managers literally laughed in my face and said that they cannot offer me a prorated rent and that someone else has already rented out our apartment. The behavior of these two managers were appalling and highly unprofessional!
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOVE INTO CHELSEA COMMONS! I promise you there are better places to live in WPB.
