My wife currently lives at Bella Vista, and after spending several months there over the past year, I can say the experience has been underwhelming.
Customer service from the leasing office is inconsistent at best. Concerns raised by residents often go unanswered, yet messages about fines and rule enforcement are prompt and firm. It feels extortionate rather than resident-focused.
Maintenance has been a recurring frustration. The dishwasher has failed three times, and the in-unit dryer has... also required repeated repairs. Each time, we waited weeks for a resolution. That’s a long time to be without basic appliances you’re paying for as part of your rent.
Another issue is noise. The walls are extremely thin, to the point where you can clearly hear neighbours snoring, arguing, and other very personal moments. That level of noise transfer significantly affects comfort and privacy.
There’s a noticeable gap between the image presented during leasing and the actual living experience.
