Bella Vista Apartments

My wife currently lives at Bella Vista, and after spending several months there over the past year, I can say the experience has been underwhelming.

Customer service from the leasing office is inconsistent at best. Concerns raised by residents often go unanswered, yet messages about fines and rule enforcement are prompt and firm. It feels extortionate rather than resident-focused.

Maintenance has been a recurring frustration. The dishwasher has failed three times, and the in-unit dryer has... also required repeated repairs. Each time, we waited weeks for a resolution. That’s a long time to be without basic appliances you’re paying for as part of your rent.

Another issue is noise. The walls are extremely thin, to the point where you can clearly hear neighbours snoring, arguing, and other very personal moments. That level of noise transfer significantly affects comfort and privacy.

The leasing office staff are extremely responsive when you’re touring and preparing to sign the lease. After that, communication drops significantly. Resident concerns often go unanswered, yet emails about potential fines seem to go out quickly and without hesitation.

Each repair has taken weeks to complete, leaving us without essential appliances for extended periods. Work orders move far too slowly for a property of this size.

On top of that, the walls are incredibly thin. We’ve regularly heard our neighbors snoring, arguing, and having very private moments. There’s very little sense of privacy.

I went in for a tour of the apartment in was surprised by nice and spacious the place is. Tracey the office manager was very knowledgeable and warm. I mean really happy to answer my questions. I’m looking forward to moving in.

I've had a wonderful experience living at the Bella Vista building with my family of t. The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Suri and Toni , the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. The building offers great amenities that my kids enjoy, and the location is perfect for our needs. We appreciate the sense of community here and are truly happy to call Bella Vista our home. I called to inquire about an apartment and the young lady Toni was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to get approved and move in. I would say, hands down she's the most amazing and pleasant young lady working in there.
