Great Apartments!

I've had a great experience at Bella Vista. The team in the office is very helpful, and maintenance has been great whenever I've had any issues. I would definitely recommend living here to my friends!

Friendly staff and great Amenities

The new gym is a great addition that I’m enjoying daily. Pool looks great! Ladies at office are always friendly.

Give me my deposit

Every time I leave a review, y’all talk about contact us, but when I do, no one is here to pick up the phone. I’ve moved out since December and y’all still have my money.

Great Apartment!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also always feel safe here, which is so valuable to me. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Of course they want you to get in but after they are GARBAGE. leasing team sucks and maintenance only repair stuff they like you (ladies).
Very disappointing experience with Bella Vista Apartments in Lauderdale Lakes. Communication from management has been poor, unprofessional, and inconsistent throughout my experience, especially regarding my security deposit after moving out.
I left the unit clean and undamaged and received prior written communication stating my deposit would be returned, yet… it is now being withheld without clear or proper explanation.
Getting answers has been frustrating, with delays and lack of transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.
