This property provides everything you want to avoid. Gunshots, fireworks until 4am at times, burglaries , vehicle break-ins, people sleeping and doing drugs in the laundry rooms on machines that rarely works, parking is terrible for your visitors ,they get scammed and afraid to visit because of the act towing company which is another headache, there aren't maintenance workers, just a few unprofessional men in regular clothes claiming to be a handyman. The parking lot is completely dark at night... and the hallways barely have light. Security is terrible especially during hurricanes etc, gate is left unattended . The buildings are halfway painted. The apartments are out dated and the have fake security cameras that doesn’t record or help protect robbers. The owners are cheap and refuse to fix anything.

This place has given us alot of problems. First of all maintenance takes forever to fix problems. The tub in our apartment is coming out (tiles from the wall are falling out) and for 4 days now they have said that they are going to come look at it and fix it. We had 1 maintenance person come take a look at it and he said it was because we weigh too much which i find a joke and they still haven't come again to fix it. The parking is horrible, somebody stuck a knife in my tire and i had to fix it... myself. There's roaches all over the walls at night in the hallways and in our apartment. Overall bad experience. This Apartment Complex I Would Recommend To Anybody The Neighbors Are Very Polite Its Always Quiet And They Have A Great Maintenance Team That Keep The Complex In Great Shape And They Have A Wonderful View Of A Large Lake That Is Very Beautiful And Whats Best The Have aassigned Parkin. Me Being A Single Mother The Lanlord Is Very Understanding When It Comes To Rent Being Paid Hope My Review Helps....!!

Apartments are a little on the older side but very spacious. Not a lot of storage space. Great balcony with screen. Lots of parking space and neighbors are pretty quiet. Pretty good place if you are on a budget.
