Bell Trelago

I’ve been living at Trelago Apartments for about three years now, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and for what I’m paying it’s definitely worth it. I also want to give a special shoutout to Richie. He is a great leasing agent and always friendly, helpful, and professional.

This is not a secure luxury complex. My ex husband had a motorcycle stolen out of his locked garage! I suspect that break ins are common. There are no relevant security cameras and there is no security. For what you are paying for, one would expect an onsite security guard.

From 5 starts to 2 (Moved to this condo a year and 3 months ago when was almost empty, basically no neighbors around)
Like many others reviews Yes Yess you can literally heard everything from your neighbors , from conversations to Tv to snoring at night and the worse part is the dogs barking. We emailed the office and talked to them about this issues even with videos at 8am or midnight of the neighbors dogs barking non stop and there’s nothing they’re doing about it. The answers being we emailed... the owners, thats it , and trust me when i said you cant rest or take naps because how noise this condo is with so many dogs around.Poor unit build quality.Parking spots are extremely hard , my place is by the middle of the condo and i always have to park by the entrance because theres never parking spaces available, they started recently stickers for the cars and theres lotss of cars without it taking spaces for residents
Other than that pretty cool pool ,nice lake view and nice amenities.

I'm really surprised by all the high reviews. This place is poorly constructed, the walls and ceiling are paper thin. The apartment buildings are wood construction between units and most of the living area has faux wood floors which makes it so you can hear every footstep, stomp, dog nails running around, drop, chairs sliding, doors opening, washer/dryer running, conversation, etc. Please avoid the regular apartment units (the ones by the lake are more like townhomes), and if you have no other... choice I would recommend the 3rd floor so there's no one above you!! There might be nice finishings inside the unit but the building itself is made as cheap as possible. Also, the water heaters are half-sized and they can't even fill the oversized bathtub in the master up with hot water so it makes it pointless. Read More
