The villa features a private pool divided by a waterfall bridge, ideal for two families or couples. The lagoon behind the property is one of the deepest in the Keys and teems with marine life including turtles, nurse sharks, and tarpon. Guests have free access to kayaks, resort towels, beach chairs, and all the essentials for a perfect beach day. Ideal for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike.
On-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles and boat trailers under 30 feet. A designated disabled parking space is available and no street parking is allowed.

Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited with quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed with prior approval, but no other pets are permitted. The villa is not suitable for infants (under 2 years) due to water and stair risks. The pool is gated, but lagoon access is not, so use caution near the seawall. The seawall has no rails, so supervise children and pets at all times. Climbing is required as guests must use stairs to enter and exit the villa. Nearby Marathon airport may have occasional small aircraft takeoffs/landings.
