Lake Pointe is a nice and quiet place to live. Never hear or see any crime. Perfect starter home or permanent place to rent. I never had any issues with the staff. Everyone is super helpful!

A good place to live we prefer the Washer and dryer units it helps us manage time and money when we need it most the neighbourhood is friendly and the pool is great during the summer
