Just need my water pressure fixed I also love the pool and the park for my kids I got a perfext spot I love the grass and how it is somewhat maintained overall I approve just please have someone fix my water pressure

Our experience at Lake pointe apartment homes has been nothing short of exceptional,we have just renewed our lease for the 5 yr and are so happy here were a older couple with grandchildren and pet owners we've been pleased with all the new amenities and the new signage is a real nice touch.The staff here are very friendly and helpful always make sure to address any questions we've had .We are very blessed to call this our home.Keep up the wonderful job we so appreciate it!!!!!

Been here close to 3 yrs and it’s been a great experience! Management and maintenance are all very friendly and efficient at their jobs! They keep us posted through email with major storms, power outages, maintenance issues and other concerns.

Looking for a relaxing Community, with awesome amenities, Lake Pointe is a place for YOU!! Office and Maintenance Staff are always there when needed. Not so everywhere. Great location! Close to downtown, and, just a short distance to the Ocean BEACHES!! If your looking in Melbourne, you need to check out Lake Pointe!!!!!!!
