The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. The building is currently undergoing renovations to the Front Motor Lobby and Main Lobby, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. The Main Lobby will be closed, but temporary pathways will provide safe access. No smoking is permitted inside the condo; smoking is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut.
