The building is undergoing renovations to the Front Motor Lobby and Main Lobby, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed, and evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after departure, there will be a charge of $100 per missing item. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
