The following fees are not included in your reservation and must be paid separately upon arrival: a mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 plus taxes (approximately $66.67 per day) is required. Valet parking is available for $75 plus taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 plus tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.

Upon arrival, visit the front desk, present your ID (guests must be 21 or older to check in), and provide your unit number for registration confirmation and check-in. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed. A $500 fine applies for violations. If you would like to bring a pet, inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want a 12 PM checkout, inquire whether it's available for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Early check-in or bag drop-off must be requested and approved in advance. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety. No unplugging or altering of the security cameras is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
