Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. In the case of smoking or parties in the apartment, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
