I have never seen a rental property where you had townhomes on the ocean. This is pretty epic. Also a pool and boat dock on the water is incredible

I usually don’t leave reviews because I’m a pretty chill person, but for me to take the time to write this means I am beyond annoyed. When I toured this place, the amenities were FREE—now suddenly, they’re charging $50 a day or $500 a month for the co-working space. Excuse me?! This isn’t WeWork, and it’s not some separate business—this is supposed to be a part of the building we live in.
But the absolute worst experience? I stepped into a meeting room for an important call, and in the middle... of it, the property manager rudely starts banging on the door just to tell me I have to pay if I want to use the space. As if I’m not a paying resident already! The next day, I try to work from the common area, but it’s too loud, so I go back into a room for some quiet—only to be told again that I have to leave. And it gets even more ridiculous—they literally locked all the private rooms like I’m some kind of child.
I have never experienced anything like this, and I’m from NYC, where I’ve paid more for luxury apartments, and guess what? THE AMENITIES WERE FREE! To make matters worse, the co-working space closes at 6 PM—seriously? As someone who works from home and runs a business, the space should be open until at least midnight.
Oh, and let’s not forget—the guest WiFi has been down for two days! This place is an absolute joke. Furious doesn’t even begin to cover it.
