Dade House Apartments

I lived at this apartment for 3 years with my family and I have nothing but positive things to say. Mr. Rodolfo is the landlord and he is always on top of things. All of my requests were promptly answered in a professional manner. The location is excellent if you will be commuting to work by metrorail. The walk to the dadeland north station is pleasant and Dadeland mall is very close by. The apartment has a gated garage with a nice pool. If you have kids, there are several daycare options nearby... and Ludlam elementary is within 2 miles. Everyone keeps to themselves and the rent also included free basic TV subscriptions to Atlantic Broadband. I moved out because of a new job opportunity relocation out of state, otherwise I will miss this place a lot. My family made so many good memories here. The rent was affordable compared to other places nearby and VERY SPACIOUS. Dadehouse apartment is a hidden jewel so don't miss out on an opportunity if housing becomes available at this apartment.
