I would give 0 stars if I could
Management is unresponsive, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. On move-in day, after coordinating movers and reserving the elevator, I arrived to find my key wasn't ready. Since it was a weekend, no manager was available to resolve the issue.
Throughout my lease, I received multiple parking violations despite paying for monthly parking. I called and emailed repeatedly for months with no resolution, only to be told they "never received" my emails.
The building is poorly maintained....
Elevators are frequently out of service, causing long waits, and the hallways and elevators are often dirty and smell like dog urine. Package support is minimal.
The units aren't much better. The washer and dryer were over 7 years old (confirmed by maintenance), barely worked, and management refused to replace them despite multiple work orders. The bathroom ventilation leads to mold issues, and the AC failed multiple times.
When water was shut off overnight for maintenance and wasn't restored on time, management's solution was to "use a nearby gym's shower if you have a membership." During a separate 12-hour power outage, there was no communication, no emergency plan, and no elevator access.
To top it off, it took 2 months to return my security deposit after I moved out, with no explanation for the delay and still claimed damages despite not being entitled to do so Florida statue.
For the rent and fees they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Management is dismissive, unresponsive, and shows little regard for residents. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
