2025 and 2026 Rent is as follows...
May, $4000 June and July, $5000 August $4500, September, October, and... November $4000, December and January 2026 $5000, Feb through April $6200 this includes utilities, HOA, and property taxes paid per owner. $200 clean, $75 booking fee and 12.5% taxes of total.

Multiple months rented will give you a $100 discount off each month starting after 2 months. For example, rent 3 months, take $200 of rental rate off second and third month.

Long term (6 months and more) is $5000 with utilities and will also have a Security Deposit $5000.00 and application fee $150.

The Wave is a very cool, chic, small complex with less than 16 units! You will be on the 5th floor with only one other unit on the floor. This fully furnished condo is on the corner facing the south end of the island with lots of natural light coming through the condo. The Wave is located on Hill St. and surrounded by million dollar homes. No other high rise condos are around which provides you a quiet beach area to relax in. The second guest bedroom has a great little Romeo and Juliet balcony with beautiful plantation shutters looking over the island and beautiful sunset views! 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The pool area is located on the 2nd floor to look over the dunes and ocean in modern chic lounge chairs. It has an awesome grilling area with a bar to spend time listening to the waves and enjoying company. GARAGE parking and a storage unit to store your beach toys. Places to put your bikes.
