The property Staff is excellent, they are very polite and responsive to resident requests. The apartment is in a great location with freeway access but still in a quite area. The grounds also feel very spacious.

Very expensive and a lot of paperwork to move to a unit with a lot of issues. The washer/dryer not working at all after try all cycles and dryer cycles options. The washer does not squeeze the clothes at all + not hot steam water/dryer is not drying the clothes in all the cycles. Refrigerator: Lightbulb loose hanging. Mold on wall inside the washer, dryer and heater closet. Living Room: Vertical Blinds don't close properly, broken Master Bedroom - Vertical blinds does not close properly, missing... some vertical parts after modified. Master Bedroom - The closet is incomplete missing shelves to hang the clothes, etc. Other Bedroom - Need a closet replacement too weak and twisted the one that is not working and resist clothes or anything on shelves

Apartment complex is straight crap. The maintenance men come in and temporarily fix your issues,which you have to reach out to them again within a week for the same issue. The front office is just a joke, no respect and lazy. Let's not get on the trash situation where some days you may see trash bags sitting outside of the dumpster. Neighbors are friendly and nice except a few which the office will let them keep harassing no matter how many incident reports they receive. Throughout my years of... living here its been quite except for the multiple incidents where police have been called out to the apartments. Overall I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody unless your looking for somewhere quick and affordable
