Great staff and afforadble rent!

The Cricket Club Apartments are so nice! The inside has granite counter tops and it feels really spacious. The location is perfect becasue it's right by Waterford Lakes where all the stores are and its right across from Publix and very close to Walmart!
They also have a nice pool area with a covered area to sit. Also I see alot of people say the maintenance staff is very fast and they have lived there for some time. Overall definitely a 10/10!

La ubicación donde esta el complejo es accesible a muchos lugares, he visto que están arreglando el área de la piscina, las veces que he tenido dificultad con algo del apartamento se ha resuelto. El personal muy amable y atento (mi experiencia) en cuanto a las áreas comunes (escaleras, área de zafacones) creo que se deben esforzar mas, ya que no están para nada limpias, por lo menos las entradas de cada apartamento hay que aprovechar cuando llueve para limpiarlas, porque sino solo nos toca... barrerlas. todo lo contrario a los primeros pisos que he viso que hasta pegan la manga y lavan los carros. (no se si es permitido). Las escaleras necesitan mas limpieza.

It is trap!!

The house rent is so cheap. But the service is poorest in my experience. You will never reach their officials via phone. They never pickup phone calls.
You will need huge amount of deposit money initially, in my case it was $1510.0 for two bedroom apartment. When I left this apartment they only returned only $445.0 for no reason. I am going for a lawsuit now.
Houses are full of cockroaches. Apartments are so old. Everything is shakey. Stealing, gun shooting are not uncommon in this community....
The management is also poor. They will enforce some weird rules that you will never see surely.
Please do not fall into the trap of cheap rents. It will be one of the worst experience of your life.
