I have lived at HighPoint for roughly 4 years now. I loved the community for the first 3 years. But once management was switched I have had countless issues with the maintenance team and poor communication with the office staff. The maintenance team has made me feel my issues and not important and there have been numerous times I have been told my work order has been complete and it was indeed not fixed.
