Gyms are great, and well kept. The pools & lounging areas are kept clean. Workspaces, lounges & games rooms are all top quality.
Fireplaces however don't work. Mini fridges aren’t working. And bbqs have a side of the grill out. The bikes offered have been abandoned and not in working order.
Valet trash is monthly bill without the option to opt out and is very inconsistent. Raccoons have raided my trash outside my door on 3 occasions because they didn't show up.

Very quiet place. No unruly crowds. Smoke free grounds. No designated spot for smokers.
Leashes on dogs and picking up after a pet should be more enforced. Including small breeds. We all know a child that got bit by a tiny dog because it was “friendly and trying to play.”
No traffic noise but no public transport either.

safety - 3
gate has been broken several times. When gate is closed, randoms can still park and wander in because there is no pedestrian gate by main entrance.
Gate access code for guests is a hit or miss on working.
Note: the renters insurance they enforce monthly does not cover theft on property.

office management - 0
You have to repeat the same concern to every individual working 6 times for it to be resolved. Emails are ignored. Moving in, paperwork had to be redone several times. Keep an eye on varying charges. Not even the regional manager returns phone calls. All office staff is new and upper management act like they hate working there. They refuse to take responsibility for any error on their part that has caused you money or headaches and just blame it on “the system.” Lower management is nice and try their best. If you are not tech savvy, there is an app for EVERYTHING that no one explains to you.

maintenance - 4
This group are friendly and work fast. Only Sometimes they forget to follow up to finish the work order 100%.
I appreciate that they work quietly around property without loud chatter between them like in other places.
Pest control is another monthly bill yet it has to be schedule and to be honest, the stuff from the store works a lot better.

Interior - 4
Apartments are modern. Appliances are middle line. Not fancy but not too old. Tall roofs & tinted windows keep the place cool. The devil is in the details after you have settled in. Over spray of paint on EVERY surface looks like dust. Old caulking. Dirty vents. Dirty lights. Minor stuff if you’re willing to deep clean. For the most part the units are nice. Read More
